Ananta Ayurveda

About Ananta

ananta ~ infinite, endless, limitless

In Ayurveda, there is no single path to healing. Each body is different, and support is guided by the individual experience of pain.

My Story & Experience

For much of my life, I lived with migraines, slow digestion, and anxiety, often feeling overwhelmed by the number of approaches available to manage them. When I began to understand my body through Ayurveda, things finally started to make sense. That clarity led to real relief and a more sustainable way of caring for my body. After experiencing these changes firsthand, I felt called to share this work and support others navigating pain with practical, individualized care.

Natalie at Ananta Ayurveda is incredible! I’ve been struggling with a frozen shoulder, and even after a cortisone shot, the pain persisted. I decided to try an Abhyanga massage, and Natalie’s Ayurvedic approach worked wonders. The pain is gone, and I feel renewed. If you’re looking for holistic, effective relief, I highly recommend her!
