Roadmap to Relief

Understand the patterns behind your symptoms so you can stop guessing and start responding with confidence.

Whether you're new to Ayurveda or already familiar with it, this program will help you understand the patterns behind your symptoms and build a personalized approach to long-term balance.

Now it's time to learn what that pattern actually means.

Inside this program, you'll learn how to recognize what's driving your symptoms, why they change over time, and how to make food, lifestyle, and daily choices that work with your body instead of against it.

Rather than following another generic protocol, you'll build a personalized framework you can return to whenever symptoms or flare-ups arise.

This is the first cohort of a program I've intentionally built. You get to go through it at a special beta rate, while helping shape the program through your experience and feedback.

Enrollment Is Now Open

The first 10 spots are now available for the self-guided version of Roadmap to Relief.

I'm opening Roadmap to Relief to a small group of 10 founding students before the first live cohort begins in January 2027.

You'll work through the complete 9-week program with new lessons released weekly, giving you time to learn, apply, and reflect on each part of the framework.

As a founding beta student, you'll also be invited to join the first live cohort in January 2027, including the live coaching and community experience, at no additional cost.

This Program Is For You If...

✔ You've been told your labs are "normal," but you still don't feel like yourself.

✔ Your symptoms seem unpredictable, and you're tired of trying to figure them out on your own.

✔ You've tried different diets, supplements, or treatments but still don't understand why your symptoms keep returning.

✔ You want to understand the root cause of your imbalances instead of only managing symptoms.

✔ You're looking for a practical approach that combines the wisdom of Ayurveda with modern nutritional science.

✔ You're ready to stop guessing and start working with your body instead of against it.

A Different Way to Understand Recurring Symptoms

When symptoms keep coming back, it can be frustrating to keep searching for another quick fix. Ayurveda offers a different framework for looking at patterns in the body, including digestion, daily routines, stress, sensory input, and other factors that may influence how you feel.

In Roadmap to Relief, you'll learn foundational Ayurvedic concepts and how to use them to recognize patterns in your own experience. The goal isn't to give you another generic list of remedies, but to help you develop a framework for understanding your symptoms and making informed lifestyle choices.
