These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your purchase of and participation in Roadmap to Relief and all related educational materials, live sessions, recordings, downloadable resources, and digital content provided by Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By purchasing or participating in this program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Educational Purposes Only

This program is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.

The content is based on traditional Ayurvedic principles and wellness education and is intended to increase knowledge and not to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Participation in this course does not establish a healthcare provider-patient relationship or replace individualized medical care.

2. Medical Disclaimer

The information presented in this course is not medical advice.

Always consult your physician or another qualified healthcare professional before:

  • Beginning a new diet

  • Taking herbs or supplements

  • Changing medications

  • Beginning an exercise program

6. Course Access

Upon purchase, you will be invited to create your course account. Creating an account does not provide immediate access to course materials. Access to the program will begin on the published cohort start date communicated at the time of purchase.

Lifetime Access

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, enrollment includes lifetime access to the course materials. Lifetime access is granted solely to the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and may not be shared, sold, or assigned to another individual.

If a full or partial refund is issued in accordance with the Refund Policy, the purchaser's license to access the course immediately terminates. Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC reserves the right to revoke access to all course materials, downloads, bonuses, community features, live sessions, future updates, and any other included digital resources.

Course Materials

All videos, worksheets, PDFs, presentations, downloads, recordings, and other course materials remain the intellectual property of Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, resell, or otherwise use any course materials for commercial purposes or provide access to anyone other than the original purchaser.Enrollment grants access according to the schedule described at the time of purchase.

Access to course materials begins on the published release date.

The Company reserves the right to:

  • Update lessons

  • Improve content

  • Correct errors

  • Add or remove bonus materials

  • Modify the course platform

  • Improve educational resources

without prior notice.

7. Live Sessions

If included with enrollment:

  • Live calls are educational.

  • Attendance is optional.

  • Recordings may be provided at the Company's discretion.

  • The Company may reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, weather, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

This includes:

  • Videos

  • Worksheets

  • PDFs

  • Presentations

  • Audio recordings

  • Graphics

  • Written materials

  • Educational frameworks

  • Downloadable resources

  • Live session recordings

Your purchase provides a limited, personal, non-transferable license for your own educational use only.

You may not:

  • Share your login

  • Copy materials

  • Reproduce lessons

  • Record videos

  • Upload content elsewhere

  • Sell or sublicense materials

  • Teach the course content commercially

  • Create derivative courses using Company materials

  • Distribute downloads to others

without prior written permission.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Course access is licensed to one individual only.

If unauthorized account sharing is detected, Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate access without refund.

10. Community Guidelines

Participants agree to contribute respectfully to any live sessions or community discussions.

The following are prohibited:

  • Harassment

  • Bullying

  • Discrimination

  • Hate speech

  • Spam

  • Solicitation

  • Sharing another participant's personal information without permission

  • Disruptive behavior

Violation may result in removal from the program without refund.

11. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars.

Payment plans are a contractual commitment.

If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments regardless of your level of participation or course completion, except where required otherwise by applicable law.

Failure to make payments may result in suspension of course access until your account is current.

Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC reserves the right to use lawful collection methods to recover unpaid balances.

12. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of purchase, refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Because this program contains digital and downloadable materials that cannot be returned once accessed, any refund requested after course access begins may be granted solely at the discretion of Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC. If approved, the refund amount may be prorated based on the amount of course content accessed, downloadable materials received, live sessions attended, and other resources provided.

If a full or partial refund is issued, the purchaser's license to access the course immediately terminates. Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC reserves the right to revoke access to all course materials, downloads, bonuses, community features, live sessions, future updates, and any other included digital resources.

Any promotional refund guarantee offered for a specific enrollment period will supersede this section only for that specific offer.

13. Chargebacks

If you initiate a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC to seek resolution, Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC reserves the right to suspend access to all purchased products while the dispute is pending.

If the chargeback is resolved in favor of the Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC, you remain responsible for any outstanding balance and any lawful collection costs permitted under applicable law.

14. Cancellation by the Company

The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel the program due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, insufficient enrollment, or events beyond its reasonable control.

If the Company cancels the program before it begins, participants will receive an appropriate remedy, such as a refund or transfer to a future cohort, at Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC’s discretion.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from participation in this program.

Your participation is voluntary and entirely at your own risk.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC, its owner, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or attorneys' fees arising from:

  • Your participation in the program

  • Your misuse of course materials

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your infringement of another person's rights

17. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Please do not post confidential medical records, insurance information, or other protected health information in any course community, discussion forum, or live group session.

The course platform is not intended for the transmission or storage of protected health information under HIPAA.

18. Dispute Resolution

Before filing a lawsuit, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve any dispute through informal discussion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to first participate in mediation in the State of Florida before pursuing litigation, unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party agrees to bring claims only in an individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to conflict of law principles.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the complete agreement between you and Ananta Ayurveda & Wellness LLC regarding this program and supersede all prior discussions or understandings relating to the purchase.
